AI CONSULTING / TWIN CITIES

One specific job.
A person still decides.

We are building agentic AI into client businesses: software that can take the next step in a real workflow, then hand the result to someone on your team. This is scoped work for a job you can name. It is not a finished product line.

A FIRST CONVERSATION

One job first.
Not a new department.

01
A named workflowThe task, who does it, and what “done” looks like
02
The tools you already useEmail, files, and the systems that job already touches
03
A person who checks itThe step stays visible before it goes out
04
A written scopeWhat will be tried, and what stays out

Agreed before any build starts.

A PRACTICAL START

Start with one job
your team already does.

Agentic AI is useful when it can read what a task needs, draft or look up the next step, and stop for a person to check it. A chat box that answers general questions is a different thing.

Bring a job you can point to: a request that comes in, a follow-up that gets missed, or a document that has to be assembled from the same places every time.

The workflow, the tools, and what a person still approves are written down before work starts.
01

Name the job

Pick one repeating task. Write who does it today, what they look at, and what finished work looks like.

02

See the information it needs

List the email, files, or systems the task already uses. If that information is not there, the software should not invent it.

03

Keep a person on the decision

The useful version shows its work and waits where a mistake would cost you a customer, a record, or a payment.

04

Fit it next to the IT you have

Accounts, access, and the Microsoft 365 or line-of-business tools around the job stay part of the picture.

05

Decide what not to automate

Some steps should stay manual. The scope says which ones, instead of treating every step as a candidate.

HOW THE WORK PROCEEDS

Small enough to see.
Specific enough to judge.

The first pass should be something your team can look at and accept, correct, or stop.

01 / NAME THE JOB

Write the task down.

Name the inputs, the person who checks the result, and the step that should not run on its own.

02 / TRY IT ON REAL WORK

Use your examples.

Work from requests, files, and messages from your business, not a generic demo.

03 / KEEP OR STOP

Judge the result.

If it is not good enough to hand to your team, it does not go further than the trial.

GETTING STARTED

A practical first conversation.

Start with the job, not with a catalog of tools.

  1. 01

    Describe the job.

Bring one workflow, who touches it, and the tools it already uses.

  2. 02

    Agree on a trial scope.

A written note of what will be tried, what a person still reviews, and what is not included.

  3. 03

    Review the result together.

Look at real examples from your work and decide whether the trial should continue.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical
questions.

Clear expectations make for a better working relationship.

Ask your own question
What does agentic AI mean here?

Software that can take steps in a task, such as reading a request, gathering the related files, and drafting the next action. A person can still stop or change that action.

Is this a finished service with a set price?

No. There is no packaged plan and no published price. If the job is a fit, you get a written scope before any build.

Will this replace someone on my team?

The point is to take a defined task off someone’s plate, not to remove the person who knows the work. A person still checks the result where that check matters.

What if it gets something wrong?

That is why the scope names the steps a person approves. A workflow that cannot be checked is a poor first job.

Do we already need Geekland to manage our IT?

No. The conversation can start from the job itself. If it depends on email, accounts, or devices Geekland already supports, that context helps.
